ChaChaCha is one of my favorite cafés in Fremont whenever I’m craving unique drinks and desserts. On my recent visit, I tried the Brown Cheese Vanilla Croffle, Pistachio Matcha, and the returning Corn Einspanner, and everything was delicious. The Brown Cheese Vanilla Croffle was definitely the highlight—crispy on the outside, soft inside, topped with creamy vanilla ice cream and rich brown cheese that added the perfect sweet and savory flavor. The Pistachio Matcha was smooth and well-balanced, and the Corn Einspanner was surprisingly delicious with its creamy corn foam. The café has a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and beautifully presented menu items. Definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for something different in the Bay Area!

I recently checked out this matcha spot and overall had a really nice experience. The quality of the matcha was definitely above average—smooth, vibrant, and not overly bitter. You can tell they use good ingredients and put care into preparation. The atmosphere was cozy and aesthetic, making it a great place to relax or catch up with a friend. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially if you’re not super familiar with matcha drinks. I’m giving it 4/5 stars because while the matcha itself was great, the menu felt a bit limited in terms of variety, especially if you’re looking for more unique option. That said, what they do offer is well-executed, and I’d still come back to enjoy the quality and try something different next time.

This was honestly one of the worst milk tea experiences I’ve had. We ordered a roasted oolong milk tea and a matcha latte, both with 0% sugar and “less sweet.” Unfortunately, both drinks tasted extremely diluted—almost like cold water with barely any tea flavor. For nearly $15, it felt like we paid for two cups of tap water. They also forgot to add the boba I requested. Overall, a very disappointing visit.

Favorite drink here was the corn hojicha!! The corn cream with the frozen corn ice cream piece on top is so good, very similar to the harucake soosoo latte in LA ktown. The banana hojicha was good too but I liked the corn one more. The biscoff 10won ppang was really yummy too, very flavorful filling and chewy outside. They also have the Dubai chewy cookie here but I felt theirs was just alright.
